Our flagship program consists of exercises that will improve mobility, stability, and strength. Our members come from all walks of life. Many come trying to lose unwanted weight, improve flexibility and stamina, or get stronger after a serious injury/surgery. Our program teaches EVERYONE how to get stronger, more flexible, and more resilient to what life throws at us.

The lessons taught and practiced at our facility have a direct effect on the quality of life we live outside of the gym. We help people take back their body that years of sitting, driving, and working has crippled. You can expect expert coaching and focus on your movement at Mini's House of Pain.
